Refund Policy
Membership Dues: Membership dues are non-refundable once welcomed to the Association and are non-transferable.
Event Registrations: Cancellations received 14 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund, minus an administrative fee as noted in the specific event's cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event or for no-shows.
Substitutions: A registration may be transferred to another individual at no cost with prior written notice.
Processing: Refunds are reviewed and, if approved by the Board of Directors, processed within 10 business days.
Board Discretion: The Association’s Board of Directors reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of or extenuating circumstances.
